The portal services are grouped into four sections. The first section is Your Account. These are services that allow Telenor’s postpaid subscribers to easily and efficiently check their monthly bills for the Telenor network.
Another category accessible by users is Show-Window – Telenor online multimedia content shop for mobile handsets. The following section of the portal consists of services that bring together the advantages of the Internet and the capabilities of mobile telephony, aimed at providing greater comfort when using the network.
 
Portal My Telenor most used services:
 
  • Call specification – overview of voice calls, GPRS connections, SMS and MMS messages from a given telephone number during a selected period.
  • Tariff package change - fast and easy process of online changing current tariff package
  • Current account state - This option provides online access to current state of your account.
  • Monthly bills – overview of monthly bills for a selected period, with detailed information of certain bill items.
  • Payments and dues – overview of subscriber dues and payments by accounting period for the past six months.
  • Web2SMS – Sending SMS messages from the Web – a popular option that takes uses the advantages of SMS communication, in a much more comfortable manner. During the present promotional period, all portal users can send 10 free SMS messages per month.
  • My WAP – My WAP is personalized WAP page that is created by users themselves, using WAP contents most frequently used and thus making them easily accessible.
  • Email – web mail access to e-mail inboxes for users of Telenor e-mail accounts ( GSMnumber@06x.telenor.rs ) With the introduction of this option to the portal, subscribers gain complete control of their e-mail inbox and the ability to easily manipulate their e-mail messages.
  • e-Fax – receiving fax messages by e-mail.
  • Service Activation – the portal users can sent and online request to the Telenor customer service (activation/deactivation of services, etc.) while checking their current status (completed/pending) through the Request Overview option.
  • Ask us… - The Telenor Customer Service staff will answer by e-mail all the questions sent through the portal, as soon as possible.
  • Test your handset - Telenor enables you to check data we have on compatibility of your handset with various multimedia file formats.
Portal "My Telenor" is available on Serbian only.
Telenor subscriber that wishes to use the portal services should apply by sending an SMS message. The SMS application for the My Telenor portal is sent to 9848 in the format:
  REG (blank) password
 
For example, if you enter the message “ REG telenor” you will have applied for using the My Telenor application and set the password “telenor". The password must be between 5 and 8 characters long, using all the letters of the English alphabet and digits (0-9). Special Serbian letters (š, ć, č, đ and ž) and punctuation marks are not allowed. The password is not case sensitive.
 
Your user name is your mobile phone number with prefix, without leading zero (for example: 6x123456).

SMS messages sent to number 9848 are not charged in national traffic. SMS messagese sent to number 9848 from roaming shall be charged according to the valid Price List for roaming services.
 

My Telenor portal is a special part of Telenor Internet presentation intended exclusively for postpaid and prepaid Telenor users. Access to the portal is protected by mandatory subscriber identification, by entering a username and password.
 
The username is your telephone number, with the 06x  prefix, but without the zero (e.g.: 6x123456), and you set the password as part of the required application for using the portal, which is sent by SMS.
