Make great savings on calls in roaming with the new roaming tariff - TravelSure!
 
Communication abroad more favorable than ever!
 
As of January 1, 2012, all users of postpaid tariff packages (physical and legal persons) can activate a new roaming tariff TravelSure. Roaming tariff TravelSure is primarily meant for users who frequently travel abroad and need to make longer calls because it enables significant savings already after the first minute of call (see tables in the Part “Comparison with standard roaming tariff”).
 
On top of it, the system of roaming zones is additionally simplified compared to standard roaming tariff, because there are only two zones in the roaming tariff TravelSure – Europe (except for Russia) and the rest of the world. 
 
Standard roaming tariff remains predefined roaming tariff for all the existing and new Telenor customers, so that users choose on their own whether they want to transfer to TravelSure roaming tariff or not. The transfer to roaming tariff TravelSure, as well as return to standard roaming tariff is free of charge. The roaming tariff TravelSure has no limited validity period, which means that it applies for as long as the user possibly unregisters for it and returns to the standard roaming tariff.

Accounting interval for both incoming and outgoing calls is 60 seconds. The prices for and division into 4 zones from the standard roaming tariff applies to SMS messages and GPRS traffic.
Special offer which applies to roaming in Telenor Montenegro network applies to users who transfer to roaming tariff TravelSure.
 
Notes:
  • With roaming tariff TravelSure it is possible to activate only Telenor Travel package 7 (1GB data transfer in Telenor Montenegro network).
  • If at the moment of transfer to TravelSure roaming tariff the user has some unused traffic from one of Telenor Travle packages, he shall not be able to use that traffic with roaming tariff TravelSure. The only exception is Telenor Travel package 7, so that the unused traffic within that Travel package shall continue to apply even if the user transfers to TravelSure roaming tariff.
  • Any roaming discounts and/or free roaming traffic that business customers might have, will not be valid while TravelSure roaming tariff is active.
 
Private users can activate roaming tariff TravelSure in one of the following ways:
 
  • By sending SMS message reading “TS” to number 9000 – this activation mode is possible from roaming too, provided that sending of this SMS message is charged according to standard roaming tariff .
  • Over the USSD menu, by dialling free of charge *111#, option 7 – this activation mode is possible from the networks of just some roaming partners who support dynamic USSD menu, so that in the case of activation from roaming, activation with the SMS message is recommended.
  • Through the application My menu
  • By calling Telenor Contact centre at 063/9000
  • In Telenor shops  
Business users can activate roaming tariff TravelSure in one of the following ways:
 
  • By sending an official request under the firm’s heading with stamp and with the signature of authorised person
  • Over business portal  (www.telenor.rs/bizportal)
  • By calling Business Contact centre at 063/9000 from numbers registered for service activation
  • In Telenor shops
     
After attempted activation in any of the above specified ways, you need to wait for SMS message with information on the outcome of activation. Only after receiving the SMS confirmation on successful activation, the roaming tariff TravelSure shall tart to apply.
If you want to return from roaming tariff TravelSure to standard roaming tariff, that can be done in one of the following ways: 
 
Private users
 
  • By sending SMS message reading “TS STOP” to number 9000 – this deactivation mode is possible from roaming too, provided that sending of this SMS message is charged according to standard roaming tariff.
  • Over the USSD menu, by dialling free of charge *111#, option 7 – this deactivation mode is possible from the networks of just some roaming partners who support dynamic USSD menu, so that in the case of deactivation from roaming, activation with the SMS message is recommended.
  • Through the application My menu
  • Dialling Telenor Contact centre at 063/9000
  • In Telenor shops
Business users
 
Deactivation of the roaming tariff TravelSure is the same for legal persons as its activation. 
 
 
After attempting deactivation in any of the above specified ways, the user needs to wait for SMS message with information on the outcome of deactivation. Only after receiving the SMS confirmation on successful deactivation, the standard roaming tariff shall start to reapply.
