As Telenor prepaid or postpaid user, you can activate PUTNI PAKET by simply dialling *111# and selecting option 6, or activating the wanted package by sending SMS reading TPP_(package number) to 9000 (e.g. for activating PACKAGE 1 you need to send a text TPP1) . Activation with a SMS message is possible from abroad.  
 
Business users can purchase these over Telenor business portal or by sending official request.  
 
You can activate more than one PUTNI PAKET at the same time, which you will customize according to your needs for communications by selecting the adequate combination of minutes, messages or megabytes you want to use while travelling.

Accounting interval for outgoing calls is 60 seconds, for incoming 1 second, whereas data transfer is calculated at 5+100 KB. The number of minutes contained in a package relates to incoming, not outgoing calls.  
 
For prepaid users the package is valid 90 days as of the date of activating the PUTNI PAKET. For postpaid users, the PUTNI PAKET is valid in the month in which it has been activated and the next two calendar months.  
 
 
 
Notes:
  • The package includes roaming zones I and II (all European countries, except Russia).
  • The package doesn’t include traffic in the network of Telenor Montenegro because of special prices that apply in that network.
  • The user can buy several same or different packages at the same time.
  • Purchases over the USSD code or SMS are possible for physical persons only, and service activation for business users is done based on written request.
  • Prepaid users can check the status of remaining traffic in their travel package by calling *144# free of charge.
  • Due to technical limitations, checking the remaining traffic status in travel packages is not available to postpaid users.
  • List of countries/networks from which prepaid users can directly call over CAMEL and USSD call-back system.
