Telenor is continuously increasing its presence on the market. In the next period, in order to be closer to its customers Telenor will be opening new stores so as to improve retail coverage. New stores will be operated through a form of very attractive partnership model.
Profile of potential partner:

Successful experience in retail/small business sales

Entrepreneurship – ability to work hard towards achieving results, to learn and implement innovative solutions to achieve targets.

Willing to work in result-related highly motivational system,

Experience in small team management

Identification with Telenor business philosophy

Experience in IT/telecommunications preferred

Good knowledge of the given region
Scope of work/Cooperation model

Selected partner will be managing 3-5 retail stores in a given area
-
Telenor will provide store equipment on a “turn-key” basis

Partner will form his own legal entity, in which will employ 6-15 employees.

Telenor will remunerate partner based on achieved business results, in a highly competitive way

Partner’s initial investments are not required. Required working capital is between 10-15,000 Euros. The expected return on investment is less than one year.

Telenor is planning nationwide expansion.
