Chief Executive Officer, Ove Fredheim, comes from Telenor Group Headquarters, where he was heading the Markets Unit within the Group Industrial Development. Prior to that, Fredheim served as CEO, Telenor Hungary, from 2003 to 2009. He has been with Telenor for 20 years. Ove Fredheim has been in diverse management positions in Telenor Group, including Telenor Mobile, Norway (Senior Vice President Products and Markets, 2001-2002) and Kyivstar, Ukraine (Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Marketing Officer 1999-2001). He was member of the Board of Directors in Telenor Montenegro (2005-2008), Member of Operating Committee in DiGi, Malaysia (2001-2002) and currently participates in the Board of Directors in Telenor Norway.
Fredheim holds an MBA degree ((Master of Business and Marketing) from BI The Norwegian Business School. His years abroad have enriched his vast multicultural experience and helped him learn several languages: Danish, Swedish, English, German and some Russian and French. |

Chief Financial Officer, Erlan Netten has been with Telenor Group for five years as Head of Group Internal Audit in Telenor ASA and has extensive knowledge of the Group's business. His 24 years in KPMG - last 10 as a partner - started in audit and advisory services. His clients included a wide range of international corporations. Erlan also served as head of KPMG Financial Advisory Services. His responsibility covered both development of a new line of business and all technical issues within transaction services. In addition, he worked on establishment, management and business development of KPMG Financial Advisory Services for several years. Erlan held leadership positions internationally, working particularly in Central and Eastern Europe. Erlan has a degree in Economy and Management from the Norwegian School of Economy (NHH)and is a Certified Public Accountant in Norway. He is 52 years old, married and has one daughter. |

Chief Customer Officer, Maja Neable, joined Telenor Serbia in 2007 and held several director level positions at Telenor including Director of Strategy, Director of Marketing Communications and Brand Director before assuming her current role. Prior to joining Telenor, Maja held management positions in technical product groups at both Microsoft and Expedia Inc. in Washington State, USA. Here she led teams developing innovative online travel products. Maja holds a degree in Mathematics and Operations Research with Computer Science minor from the University of Waterloo (Waterloo, Canada), and Masters of Business Administration from IMD (Lausanne, Switzerland). She is an avid skier and a marathon runner, and is married with two children. |

Chief Communications and Human Resource Officer Sandra Štajner was Corporate Communication and Public Affairs Director in Mobi 63. She joined Mobi 63 in June 2006. Before that, Ms. Štajner worked as Corporate Communications Director for pharmaceutical company “Actavis Balkan” from September 2004. She has extensive experience as an independent communications consultant and field producer in Serbia. Previously she worked as Satellite Operations Producer for Fox News in New York. Her TV experience also includes work as a Location Special Producer for Reuters TV in New York. She holds a BA in Film & TV Production from the University of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade and MA in Media Communication from the University of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade. |

Oliver von Gagern, Chief Marketing Officer, has 13 years of telecommunications experience from working in management consulting with different mobile telecommunications providers, where he held senior positions in Strategy, Corporate Development and Pricing at both Group and NatCo level. Oliver studied Business Administration at the Catholic University of Eichstaett, Germany, as well as in Helsinki and Madrid. He is originally from Germany, but considers himself truly European, given his extensive experience from living and working many years abroad, and his proficiency in various European languages. Oliver is 38 years old, married with one daughter, and he enjoys everything related to nature, such as fishing, hiking or horseback riding. |

Chief Strategy Officer Saša Filipović has more than 15 years of experience in the mobile industry. Immediately after completion of the Faculty of Organizational Sciences joined the first group of enthusiasts in 1995 at MOBTEL beginning to work on the project of introducing the first mobile telephony in Serbia. After 4 years working in various positions in Mobtel, in 1999 he became the youngest Director of Marketing and successfully run commercial sector through the turbulent times. With the arrival of Telenor in 2006, he moved to the position of the Segment Manager, and after a few years, assumed the position of Director of Consumer Marketing. His favorite sport is football, which he not only play but also likes to watch live in stadiums across Europe. In addition to the mobile industry, Filipovic is a great admirer of the auto and airline industries. |

Chief Technology Officer, Ingeborg Øfsthus has worked for telecom operators in Norway, Germany and Thailand. She has worked in various Group positions including establishing and leading the former Telenor Group CTO forum on Global Team Infrastructure (GTI).
She built up the Service Management Division and led the Development Division in DTAC, starting up an extensive modernization of the IT area before returning to Norway last year. |

Chief Corporate Affairs Officer, Goran Vasić has more than 14 years of experience in telecommunications business around the globe. He worked for Lucent in Thailand, Taiwan, and Australia, then with Ericsson in Israel, US and Mexico, before returning to Serbia in 2003. He has been with Telenor from 2006. After initial interim position, Vasić was engaged as Development Director within the Technology division. He was one of 19 managers from Group who participated in Group's Executive Management Programme for 2008, designed to prepare executive talents to take on top management positions in Telenor Group. He holds MSci in telecommunications. |
